The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, printing, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 - 72 hours after the order is placed. We process the orders to be shipped right away after dispatch.
  

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

• USA orders are shipped through US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items take between 2-3 business days to arrive at their destination. You will receive an email with a tracking number.
